Legal Counsel
Scott Chan currently serves as the of-counsel in business and intellectual property law for WISPRO. He has been practicing law for over 10 years. He previously worked with an international business law firm led by the former general counsel of a Fortune 500 company, and he has been entrusted to be in charge of legal matters for Fortune 500, listed multinational corporations and startups.
Before practicing law, Mr. Chan worked extensively at the Taipei and U.S. offices of one of the world's Big 4 accounting firms, specializing in cross-border corporate tax planning and transaction valuation.
Mr. Chan has had residency and work experience in the United States, France, and Taiwan. He may provide legal services in both Chinese and English.
