WISPRO was pleased to welcome Philippe Vigand, Managing Director at NOVAGRAAF GROUP, and Vivian Liao, Sales Engineer from QUESTEL, for a strategic discussion focused on IP services, including patent search, patent prosecution, and patent translation services.
Both teams explored how to better align local execution strengths with QUESTEL’s global capabilities to streamline the European patent process and enhance multilingual translation quality.
This visit further reinforces the commitment of both companies to build seamless, cross-border IP services, especially in the European market.

Rico Cho is currently the Vice President at WISPRO, providing IP consulting services to manufacturing and technology companies worldwide through information analysis and investigation. His areas of specialization include patent landscaping, patent risk analysis, IP lifecycle management, and IP due diligence for investment. He holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Center within the Research Center of Smart Construction at National Central University.
