We were delighted to meet Mr. Michael Wieser Partner from the German IP law firm Winter, Brandl – Partnerschaft mbB during his visit to Taiwan.
This in-person exchange focused on European patent practices, cross-border protection strategies, and opportunities for future collaboration between Taiwan and Germany in the IP domain.

Rico Cho is currently the Vice President at WISPRO, providing IP consulting services to manufacturing and technology companies worldwide through information analysis and investigation. His areas of specialization include patent landscaping, patent risk analysis, IP lifecycle management, and IP due diligence for investment. He holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Center within the Research Center of Smart Construction at National Central University.
